I have a 1.5 year old female Cane Corso, at the beginning of my dogs training she was very nervous with pretty high anxiety in public places. She struggled with listening to commands when first being asked and often times we’d have to repeat commands before she would follow them. While in her training her confidence was getting better and better with every weekly update. Her anxiety began to improve as she learned to be alone and in her kennel for extended periods of time which she used to struggle with. After being home she is much more confident, following commands when asked, and she is now trained off leash with no issues. The outcome was amazing and we will definitely be sending any of our future dogs for training!

My experience with Cynthia and her board & train couldn’t have gone any better. My pup Denji, as much as I love him, was a handful when it came to listening and going on walks. I did the two week training and when I saw Denji and the progress he mad in just those two weeks, I was astounded. She was able to teach him all the necessary foundational commands that were needed. She kept me updated during the two weeks and was always available to answer my many questions during and after the board & train. Even the follow ups we did, she spent 1-1.5 hrs with Denji and I to not only help train Denji but to train me and let me know what I still needed to do to help Denji. Which I appreciated greatly. Once Denji is older, as he isn’t even 7 months yet, I plan to do the 4 week board & train with Cynthia. Thank you again for training Denji but help training me as well and treating him with the same care that I would.

Had an excellent experience with Cynthia! She knows her shit! I took my 3.5m old Cane Corso to her for the one-on-one 5 session puppy package. The things she taught us (me and the puppy) seems so basic but is so incredibly necessary to build a foundation for a great dog. She doesn’t just tell you about your dogs behavior, she’ll let you know how your behavior impacts the dog too! Provides supportive and clear instructions and feed back while in session and after. Great experience! I look forward to utilizing her skills to continue to make my dog be the best she can be.

We took our first dog, a Dogo Argentino named ghost to Cynthia and did the advanced board and train and were so impressed that we are now taking our second dog to her and her programs. She is an amazing teacher not just to these pups but to us as pawrents. Our puppy Phoenix completed her puppy board and train with Cynthia, and prior to the board she would pull on her leash, not listen to any commands or even care that you called her name (typical puppy) but with the training she now at 5mnths has a solid foundation to be an amazing dog in the future. Her sit is solid, her place is awesome and her come is still in process lol we expect to get her on Cynthia's other programs (advanced board and train) to make her be the best dog ever, in any and all situations. Cynthia has shown us her skills and dedication when we gave her our ghost to train. that we trust in her whole heartedly. We will continue to take any dogs we get to her. Thank you Cynthia again.

I can't recommend Cynthia highly enough. We came to her with a puppy that had bad nerve issues and honestly, I almost gave up on him. Weeks later and she made such immense progress with him that I wasn’t even sure it was my pup! She doesn’t just train your dog. She educates you and provides you the tools to give your dog their best and most fulfilled life.Cynthia is truly a master in her craft. Yes, you’ll still need to be consistent with your pup, but she builds a foundation strong enough to carry you and your pup for a lifetime.

Cynthia is amazing to say the least. I’ve sent both my dogs to her for basic obedience, they learned so much I decided to send themBack to do the Advanced board and train. I am now able to walk both of them completely off leash anywhere I want! I highly recommend high level k9 if you wanna see true results!!

Highly recommend! This is MUST HAVE for all dogs!I'm so grateful for the '2-Week Puppy Jump-Start' program! In only two weeks, my dog has made incredible progress. He mastered his basic commands, and more importantly, he’s much calmer and less reactive. My dog and cat are finally able to live in peace together, which is a huge relief. My only regret is that I didn't sign up for this program sooner. We will come back for Obedience Board and Train program soon!

Our 8 month old puppy Rocco just finished board and train with High Level K9 and Cynthia has don’t everything we imagined and more with him.Anyone who knows this breed knows they are powerful, intelligent dogs that need the right guidance, structure, and leadership. We as a family were struggling with typical puppy behaviors like nipping, testing boundaries. Our trainer has been incredible for everything she has done and with the time and work she put in with him. What I appreciated most is that she didn’t just train Rocco, she trained us as owners too. She showed us how important consistency, structure, and proper crate routines are and even talked about the consequences if we don’t follow through with it. Since working with her, Rocco has made huge improvements. He’s much more calmer, more responsive, and we feel much more confident handling him. If you have a strong breed or even just a puppy that needs guidance, or any of the behaviors I listed that we had trouble with,I highly recommend working with Cynthia from High Level K9 Having someone who truly understands these dogs makes all the difference. We’re very grateful for everything she’s helped us with and excited to keep progressing with Rocco.

Cynthia does a fantastic job of making things clear and simple for you to understand and incorporate with your dog. Her understanding of consistency and her insight on dog behavior were a huge asset to helping me with my 1.5 year old Cane Corso. Huge thanks to Cynthia and her dogs for helping us out!

Without hesitation I can honestly say Cynthia and High Level K9 are thee best dog trainers around. I had recently acquired a new Dogo Argentino unexpectedly and thought that i would be able to use my previous experience from my other Dogo to train this new puppy. I was 100% wrong. After a year of trying to do it on my own I realized that I needed help. My Dogo had extreme high anxiety and was very dog aggressive. I had my first Dogo trained by another local trainer and I just wasn’t happy with the over all outcome and experience. So I knew I wanted someone different for training. Why I choose Cynthia….. I have been following her for a while on social media and had always been amazed with how her personal dogs were trained. To me they were the perfect dogs and that’s how I wanted my dogs to be. She’s proven thru her social media that she has experience with big game/working dogs and the fact that she personally has 3 Dogos herself I knew she was the perfect trainer and Ares would be in the best hands. Overall experience….. the one thing I loved was she took the time to find out what I was expecting for an outcome and not only did she listen but she delivered. Through out the training she was very informative, would give constant updates, and through her social media I was able to see physical progress. Within a week I was able to see a dramatic change in behavior and she was having Ares do things within a couple days that I’ve tried to get him to do in a year. What sets Cynthia apart from other trainers…… not only did she listen to my needs, when the initial board training finished she took the time to go over everything. My last trainer just handed me my dog and said ok she’s trained have a good day. Not Cynthia, she spent hours with not just me but also my wife answering any and every questions we had. She didn’t sugar coat anything, if we were doing something wrong she corrected us immediately as we were in training as well. There was no time limit as she stayed and worked with us until WE were comfortable and ready to take Ares home. And even to this date she still reaches out and checks up on us to make sure we’re doing ok. Hands down best trainer and I couldn’t be happier with our outcome. If I could give her 100 stars I would. Thank you Cynthia for all you’ve done for me and my family.

I’ve had a few virtual sessions with Cynthia, and I’m seeing improvement after each one. She’s teaching me how to communicate with my dog more effectively so we can work through his reactivity and aggression toward both dogs and people. Cynthia breaks things down in a way that’s easy to understand, then guides me through the exercises step-by-step so everything truly clicks. What amazes me is how well she can read both me and my dog just from the training videos we share. She offers insight without any judgment or criticism — only support, clarity, and encouragement. On top of her skill, she’s flexible, trustworthy, and incredibly professional. Her pricing is more than reasonable for the level of expertise she brings.I highly recommend High Level K9 for anyone looking for effective, compassionate, and professional dog training!

High Level K9 lives up to its name.Cynthia has a brilliant grasp of dog psychology and knows how to bring out a dog’s full potential. She’s equally skilled at developing high-level working dogs and helping everyday owners train their family pets.As a professional trainer with a few stripes of my own, I’ve been seriously impressed by her work. Cynthia’s approach is no-nonsense, efficient, creative, and laser-focused on results—whether it’s K9 sport or solving the day-to-day behavioral issues most owners struggle with.Working with her is a privilege for anyone who gets the chance.

We recently had our 1 year old Rottweiler Max stay with Cynthia at High Level K9 for a five week board and train and couldn’t be more pleased! Before, during, and after the training, Cynthia always made herself available to answer all questions and concerns. She was always prompt to provide us with our weekly updates and videos as well. Throughout the entire process she was kind, patient, and professional. As far the training itself, Max is a very large, powerful, stubborn alpha male personality dog with lots of energy and anxiety. He refused to listen, be walked (he liked to walk us), and would fight to avoid his crate. I cannot say how surprised I was when we saw Max being walked in loud public places like Costco and department stores with zero issues, while refusing to be distracted by his environment. After returning home, it was clear that Max had been well taken care of, and he had even created a bond with the trainer, Cynthia. While we have yet to place Max in a place with distraction to observe his behavior, we have trained with him daily. We are happy to say he came home listening to commands, played fetch (never did before) and now we walk him with zero issues, no longer him walking us. What used to be a literal tug of war to get him into the crate has now turned into Max listening and going into his crate upon command. Considering how extremely stubborn we know Max to be, we were thankful that Cynthia was able to perform no small feat in training him. While the training now continues at home, Cynthia has provided a fantastic foundation and ground level for us to continue to build on.

I can’t recommend Cynthia enough from HighlevelK9s! Before finding her training programs, I had put Brick my rescue, an almost 2 year old Bully Mix through a board & train that didn’t help much. Even after the B&T, brick was still nervous/reactive around people and dogs. He has a bite history and recently attacked my livestock. I was at the point of returning him to the rescue agency but I didn’t want to give up on him and thankfully I found Cynthia. She has guided and taught me how to handle Brick, as well as build a relationship with him. She is honest and doesn’t beat around the bush. You need to be committed to see results. If you listen and stay consistent with everything she says. You will see results. I opted for private lessons in order to work on my handling skills. Constancy is key! Now I feel more confident training brick and is now more fun for the both of us. Before our private lessons, I felt stagnant in my daily training with brick. Cynthia showed me how to make it more fun which in turn has built mine and bricks relationship even stronger. Trust me, I’ve seen it over the last 6 weeks of weekly lessons. You must stay consistent, be committed and the results will come. Can’t thank her enough!

[1year old, Red, Female, European Doberman-Zena]My family and I are so grateful for the work Cynthia and her team put in with our pup! Meeting Cynthia she presented herself well with enthusiasm, breed knowledge, maturity, humor, and the willingness to teach. Not just our pup, but teach us.Consistency, Consistency, Consistency.. Cynthia hammers this “mindset” into you. Cynthia puts in the hours with your dog, and she’s passionate about not wanting the training to regress. We selected board and train, and off leash e-collar training. It was worth the money. Each time our pup came home she was a different dog. Different meaning, locked in on me and wanting to please me. Our Zena became attentive to every command given. We also had to do our part with being consistent with training and routine. Even with my wife and I working. We’ve stayed consistent.Do e-collar training. Recall training is the best. Being able to yell “HEEL” at anytime and our Zena runs to me and sits at my side is so comforting. Zena is confident, and I!It’s not just selecting a good trainer. Are you committed? If you are, Cynthia WILL get your dog where you want he/she to be. This is the TRAINER you want.Cynthia we thank you for all those hours you put in!

Cynthia has not failed to surprise me, she is an amazing trainer all around I discovered Cynthia through a buddy of mine, I took my Dogo (Molly) she is six months old currently to her puppy boarding school and I was nervous at first but every dollar was worth it before my Dogo was trained she had no manners. She jumped on the couches, jumped on people, bit people and listened to no commands hard to take anywhere and only went to the bathroom in her crate which was my fault for not having her on a schedule. when I got her back she was a completely different dog. She listened to every command had manners stopped jumping on people. She has yet to bite anybody And is so much calmer I can take her anywhere with me and she only goes to the bathroom where I tell her to, Very exciting stuff. I plan on continuing training with Cynthia. I 100% recommend anyone with an untrained dog to go to Cynthia

Lifesaver! I was at my wits end before Cynthia stepped in.I honestly cannot thank Cynthia enough for what she’s done for me and my 5-month-old European Doberman, Stella. Before finding her, I was completely overwhelmed miserable, exhausted, and seriously considering rehoming Stella. I felt defeated and unsure if I had made the right decision bringing a high drive working dog into my life. Then I found Cynthia.Stella attended Cynthia’s 3-week Basic Obedience program, and the transformation has been nothing short of remarkable. From day one, Cynthia approached Stella with calm confidence, deep knowledge, and a true gift for understanding dog behavior. She didn’t just train Stella she educated me. I learned how to work with Stella, not against her. We tackled leash manners, on-leash recall, structured play, and built boundaries in the home. Cynthia also focused on socialization, environmental exposure, and helped curb some early signs of reactivity.Stella came home more confident, more focused, and most importantly I finally felt equipped to be her leader. Cynthia gave me the tools and knowledge to continue reinforcing the training at home, and it’s made all the difference. If you’re struggling, second guessing, or feeling in over your head like I was Cynthia is the answer. She quite literally saved our relationship. I now have a calmer, more responsive pup, and I actually enjoy training and spending time with Stella. I recommend her to anyone who wants not just a better behaved dog, but a better bond with their dog.Thank you, Cynthia. Truly.

We took our 8 month old (at the time) dogo argentino to her and we honestly can't say anything else other than amazing and knowledgeable. Thanks to her, our pup is now fully off leash trained which allows him to do more dog stuff without us worrying. I definitely recommend High Level K9 for your pup.

- Cristian C.

1 million shout out to Cynthia who is helping me with my Dogo obedience work and her resource guarding me and her space at home .. I feel she really cares and she takes the time to make sure you understand what is expected of the handler since it is our responsibility to do a good job with our dog. Thanks 1 million Cynthia.

When I first contacted High Level K9, my puppy was extremely reactive and a handful to manage. After completing the board and train program, he was like a completely different dog--calm, obedient, and so much easier to handle. It was a huge relief and made a big difference. Through ongoing training with High Level K9, my dog is now fully off-leash trained and actively working on protection training. It's been an incredible experience to give him the freedom to be off-leash while having complete confidence in his obedience. High Level K9 truly cares about the long-term success of both the dog and the owner. Their training isn't just about quick results; they provide the tools and support to maintain progress. I'm grateful for their high-level expertise and highly recommend them to anyone looking for real, lasting improvements in their dog's behavior.

Cynthia helped me devise a meal plan for raw feeding. She also helped show me great techniques for recall. She has always answered my questions and has become a true mentor for anything dog related. Highly recommend!!

We just got our 5 months old German shepherd/cattle dog mix puppy, she has a great personality but she is full of energy and super distracted. Our main concern is obedience since we have a cat at home as well. We searched and met with different great trainers but none of them felt quiet right for 'Subi' until we met with Cynthia. She took our puppy for 2 weeks boarding training and the results were amazing. Upon picking her up, we had a training session where Cynthia showed us what she worked on and we loved it! The way Subi is more calm and listens to commands, the way she is more focused on us instead of her surroundings while still being a happy puppy is priceless! We will continue to get private sessions with Cynthia and recommend her to anyone in need.

I highly recommend her services to anyone seeking a compassionate, knowledgeable and dedicated dog trainer.
